The Fine Print:
The $80 deposit that is paid at the time of registration is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and we are notified AT LEAST 60 days prior to the event, we will roll your deposit to a future event, less a $25 administrative fee We will only roll a deposit one time. The future event must be held within one year. Balances are due 60 days prior to the event. Without payment, your spot and deposit may be forfeited. Final payments can only be refunded if we are notified at least 60 days prior to the event or are able to fill your spot. The $80 deposit (less the $25 administrative fee) would be rolled to a future event. These rules are in place because we have contracts that have to be fulfilled with the venues. We love our customers and if this were a perfect world, scrapping would be free, real-world jobs would be optional, and chocolate would make us skinny!
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK. By attending a GGS event, you acknowledge and understand that attending a scrapbooking event includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases and/or injury including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and you knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases.
